Career Readiness Sessions

Our Career Readiness Sessions are a personalized, remote 1:1 coaching program designed to support young adults on the autism spectrum as they transition from high school into the world of work. This structured series of 8 sessions helps participants explore their strengths, interests, hobbies, and emerging career goals while building the practical tools needed to pursue internship and employment opportunities with confidence.

Through individualized guidance, students will receive support in:

• Identifying personal strengths, interests, and transferable skills
• Exploring career pathways aligned with their abilities and goals
• Building self-awareness and confidence in professional settings
• Developing a clear, professional resume
• Learning how to search for internships and entry-level opportunities
• Practicing communication and workplace readiness skills
• Understanding application processes and interview preparation
• Creating actionable next steps toward employment and independence

Each session is tailored to the student’s unique learning style, communication preferences, and developmental goals. Meetings are conducted remotely to provide a comfortable, accessible, and flexible environment where students can grow at their own pace.

This program is ideal for students and young adults who have completed high school and are seeking individualized support as they begin exploring meaningful employment opportunities and greater independence.
